Custom Product Development Blueprint
You do not need factory-level CAD software to begin working with us. We accept various forms of design input to commence quotation and feasibility analysis:
- Tech Packs & CAD Drawings: Vector PDF, Adobe Illustrator (.ai), or CorelDraw files containing dimensions, stitch notes, and color breakdowns.
- Reference Photographs & Sketches: High-resolution front, back, and detail images of reference garments with requested changes annotated.
- Physical Counter-Samples: You may ship physical samples directly to our Sialkot office for precise pattern replication and material matching.
- Brand Vector Logos: High-resolution vector artwork (.ai, .eps, .pdf, or transparent .png) for screen printing, embroidery digitizing, or leather embossing molds.
Sample Prototyping Policy
To maintain fair production scheduling, initial custom prototype samples are produced upon agreed specification sign-off. Sample production fees and international courier costs are quoted transparently. Sample costs may be credited toward subsequent bulk production orders by prior mutual agreement.
